Ryan Ogden
Ryan has extensive experience in real estate, project management, business acceleration, and investor relations. He leads 2811 and Operations for Neighbors Construction. He focuses on project sourcing, capital flow and investment performance. He resides in Decatur, TX with his wife and their three daughters.
Chase Rolland
Chase started in construction with a framing crew in 2009. He has been a multifamily & commercial project manager, land developer, and is the owner of Neighbors Construction. Chase and his team have developed several rural land projects across north Texas. He and his wife are proud parents of two boys.
Reed Bass
Reed brings over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and in land development. He currently serves as Owner and Project Manager for Neighbors Construction in Decatur Texas and is a Project Manager for 2811 Development. Reed and his wife are proud parents of their four daughters.
Laura Foreman
Laura brings years of experience in residential construction, bookkeeping, and accounting. She currently serves as head of Administration and Bookkeeping for 2811 and Office Manager for Neighbors Construction. She and her husband are proud parents of their two daughters.
Robert Worthington
Robert is a certified public accountant and attorney licensed in Texas and Arkansas. He has 20 years of experience in tax and accounting. He has operated his own CPA firm, directed the accounting program of a Dallas university, and been the CFO of two multimillion-dollar businesses. As an attorney, he has focused on tax matters, business formation, business transactions, and estate planning. He resides in Northwest Arkansas and continues to advise businesses in all stages of development, from formation to private equity sale.
Adnan Merchant
Adnan is a corporate business and private securities attorney. He has facilitated billions in investment transactions for private equity funds, real estate syndications, venture capital, and real estate/investment acquisition deals. In his spare time, Adnan enjoys reading and writing science fiction and historical non-fiction genres, mentoring aspiring lawyers, and embarking on outdoor adventures with his wife and dog. He has been named one of D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers Under 40” in the Private Equity space for four consecutive years (2021-2024).
Tyler Glover
Tyler Glover serves as the head of marketing and investment communication for 2811. With many years of experience, Tyler has skillfully guided businesses in refining their communication, brand, and marketing strategies, while also managing investor communications with precision. His expertise spans various industries, ensuring every message aligns with the company’s vision and resonates with its audience.Residing in Argyle with his wife and children, Tyler is actively involved in his church and coaching his kids sports teams. In his spare time, Tyler loves fishing and traveling with his family.

Our present focus includes: land and residential neighborhoods. Future concepts may include rentals and commercial (mixed use, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and retail).
Value-add
“Buysmanship” is the key to profitable real estate. We tirelessly shop for just the right property at the right price. Then we add value in the form of dividing and/or improving to maximize profits to investors. Finally, we deliver a property that sell above many relevant comparable properties.
Income-production
Some properties generate income for investors, typically In the form of rent from tenants. When combined with the Value-Add strategy, these properties can produce years of income while the value increases to the point of exiting for maximum profit.
