Project Concept
Development is underway with this Fannin County, Texas project, with some tracts being offered for sale in October, 2024. The location is incredible with a brand new lake just 5 minutes away. The plan is for 20-30 ranchette tracts (mostly 11+ acre and some 6-acre tracts). The majority of the ranchettes are planned to start selling this fall and the second phase is planned for late winter.
