MEET THE TEAM
Ryan Ogden
Ryan has extensive experience in real estate, project management, business acceleration and scale, and investor relations.
He focuses on project sourcing, capital flow and investment performance.
He resides in Decatur, TX with his wife and their three daughters.
Chase Rolland
Chase started in home building with a framing crew in 2009. Since then he has been a multifamily and commercial project manager, land developer and is now the owner of Neighbors Construction.

01 Real estate
Our present and future focus includes: land, residential neighborhoods, rentals, senior living, and commercial - mixed use, industrial, hospitality, healthcare.
02 Value-add
“Buysmanship” is the key to profitable real estate. We buy properties below market value. Then we add value in the form of dividing and/or improving to maximize profits to investors.
03 Income-production
Some properties generate income for investors, typically In the form of rent from tenants. When combined with the Value-add strategy, these properties can produce years on income while the value increases to the point of exiting for maximum profit.

We personally invest our own money in our deals. We are also investors, along with the other investors.
Furthermore, we know and have personal relationships with many of our investors - and we carry deep responsibility for the stewardship and performance of every project.
Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
Our investors receive regular, frequent updates on the project status, and distributions, in addition to other topics like taxes, investor education.
We provide informal update videos that many of our investors tell us they really appreciate - and even enjoy. For those who don’t do video, we provide email summaries and answer their calls - always glad to connect and answer any questions.
Investors also receive financial reporting and distributions according to the schedule outlined In the operating agreement.
