Our present focus includes: land and residential neighborhoods. Future concepts may include rentals and commercial (mixed use, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and retail).
“Buysmanship” is the key to profitable real estate. We tirelessly shop for just the right property at the right price. Then we add value in the form of dividing and/or improving to maximize profits to investors. Finally, we deliver a property that sell above many relevant comparable properties.
Some properties generate income for investors, typically In the form of rent from tenants. When combined with the Value-Add strategy, these properties can produce years of income while the value increases to the point of exiting for maximum profit.
