Our present focus includes: land and residential ​neighborhoods. Future concepts may include rentals and commercial (mixed use, ​industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and retail).

Value-add

“Buysmanship” is the key to profitable real estate. We tirelessly shop for just the right property at the right price. Then we add value ​in the form of dividing and/or improving to maximize ​profits to investors. Finally, we deliver a property that sell ​above many relevant comparable properties.

Income-production

Some properties generate income for investors, ​typically In the form of rent from tenants. When ​combined with the Value-Add strategy, these ​properties can produce years of income while the value ​increases to the point of exiting for maximum profit.
